I like to have fun and enjoy myself. We do that at SWAN. People come into the office space that I share with Deborah, Donna, and Aiko and say, “Well, you guys have a lot of fun. You really enjoy what you’re doing.” The only reason people want to go back to see somebody is because they feel that there was value in the visit and they enjoyed the time they spent.
Deborah Marcovecchio
Deborah and I are very similar, which means we like to be out in front, working with the people, talking to the client, marketing, problem solving and so on. Deborah’s been with me for 12 years now. The brokers and the clients really like her. She’s professional. She’s knowledgeable. She is just a remarkable resource and does such a great job for everyone.
Donna Portnoy
The great thing about Donna that she is wired exactly opposite of Deborah and me. She enable us to do what we do because the tracking, the input of information into the computer systems, the arranging, the spreadsheets, and the analytical work that needs to get done, gets done. Because of that, our business operation run smoothly.
Stacey Morton
Stacey is smart, caring, and positive. She has a wonderful can-do attitude and always does her very best for our clients. She works hard to keep the cases getting approved and works to secure the very best offers for our clients.
Aiko
Our mascot, Aiko, is a beautiful half Golden, half Labrador Retriever. She was bred and trained to be a guide dog for the blind, but was unable to follow her life’s mission as she sometimes gets a little scared from thunder, fireworks, and loud things like that. We were fortunate enough to adopt her… and we love her!
